Most projects do not need a permit. However, if your project is more complex, we take care of any permits needed so you don’t have to worry!
We offer a 3 year labor and manufacturing warranty on the pavers.
We have our own in-house crews standing by, and can usually start immediately after bid is accepted and the deposit is made.
Day-to-day maintenance is easy, just sweep or hose off any surface dirt.
Deep cleaning will usually require volume wash (a type of pressure washing) to bring back the shine, and over the years you may need to replenish the polysand.
You will need polymeric sand (poly sand). This is a special kind of sand used to stabilize pavers and stones.
If you need extra sand, we can supply you!
